Thank you to all those who took the time to complete the Quality Management and Environmental Expertise surveys and took part in our draw for the 2011 Rugby World Cup replica ball, signed by World Cup Winners Lawrence Dallaglio, Will Greenwood, Sean Fitzpatrick and Michael Lynagh.
The lucky winners were Thyssenkrupp Aerospace, who were presented with their prize on 27th November by Phil Jones (NWAA Shared Services).
Gordon Weeks, Thyssenkrupp’s Demand Manager, plans to auction the rugby ball and donate the proceeds to St Catherine’s Hospice, an independant charity based at Lostock Hall near Preston. St Catherine’s provides care for patients in the advanced cancer stages and also those suffering from heart failure, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s and other conditions.
